Custom Stacker

We designed and built this custom stacker machine by incorporating all the best features found on competitive machines into a single unit.

Easy Access Design
• Two welded side frames create a four post clear span design
• Single top mount cross member provides convenient open end access
• Unloading is easily accessible from all three sides

Innovative Lift System
• Low maintenance synchronous loop belt drive eliminates roller chains
• Belts and drive shafts completely enclosedin machine frame for operator safety
• High capacity up to 6,000 lbs., stack dimensions up to 60” long x 60” wide x 60” high
• Load table lowers automatically while stacking, manual lift/lower speed adjustable from .25 – 10 FPM

Efficient Stacking System
• Dual slide rail mounted front stop jogger with eight individually adjusted stop pads
• Pneumatic side jogger blades mounted to dovetail bar
• Dual slide rail system for easy positioning of side jogger blades
